Celebrate the groundbreaking event recognizing the start of construction of GA Solar 4, the new 200MWAC Twiggs County Solar project, a significant renewable energy project for the Southeastern US, and once completed, the largest solar energy project built in Georgia.
Construction of the 2,000-acre project will consist of more than half a million of First Solar’s advanced technology thin film solar modules on single-axis tracker mounts. The largest infrastructure project in Twiggs County, this build will create up to 400 construction jobs and ongoing tax revenues.
