Shawn McAdams brings over 25 years of Human Resource leadership to his role as Managing Director Talent and Culture at Origis Energy.
His proven, innovative approach at solving complex business problems in high growth companies continues to serve Origis in a time of excelerated renewable energy industry growth and demand for expertise.
Through his leadership, Origis has developed and implemented talent programs that promote sustainability and resiliency by focusing on the employee experience and emphasizing human connection. He leads a team located in three offices, working coast to coast to ensure the workforce demands of the enterprise are met.
Mr. McAdams is a trusted partner to the company’s executive leadership, taking on progressively larger roles over his tenure with Origis. He applies his passion for team building to culture initiatives and is a leader for the Origis ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) program.
Prior to joining Origis in 2019, he worked with IT and renewable energy companies including carrying multinational responsibilities. His track record includes work with SunPower Corporation, SolarWinds, Bazaarvoice, OpenText and National Instruments.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, TX.
